Samantha Irvin Reveals Reason Behind WWE Departure.
As we’ve previously reported. Samantha Irvin left her job with WWE as a ring announcer. Since the reports came out online, and Samantha made her leaving the company public on her Twitter/X page, rumors began to surface as to why Samantha left something she was so good at. False rumors about the time-frame of her letting WWE know of her departure began to surface while some ‘fans’ online began to place blame on her husband Ricochet. Samantha cleared the air and let people know WWE was aware of her departure for months prior to her exit.

“I don’t like announcing. “I’m serious! Announcing was only supposed to be my way in. I wanted to manage, maybe even become general manager one day. But WWE saw no other future for me besides announcer. I love watching the action but I don’t love being an announcer“
Samantha also provided further insight into the role of an announcer stating that it’s “mad stressful”. Again, for someone who did not like the role and was under mad stress she absolutely killed it.
