Chad Gable made his WWE debut in 2014, in this time despite his impressive in-ring work, and his uncanny skills on the mic Gable has never saw himself participate in a one on one match on the biggest stage of them all.
Gable was enthusiastic about Wrestlemania 41 as it could’ve been “the year” Gable broke his streak of not appearing in a singles match on the biggest stage of them all, but like everything else along Gables’ path, that too did not happen. Rookie Luchador El Grande Americano was put in a singles match originally scheduled to be against WWE Hall of Famer, Rey Mysterio however, Mysterio got injured on the Smackdown prior to Wrestlemania and in his place was Rey Fenix.
