Alexa Bliss returned to WWE at the 2025 Royal Rumble. Following the Royal Rumble return Alexa’s creative plans have finally been revealed.
Alexa hasn’t wrestled in over two years. Her last appearance in WWE was at the 2023 Royal Rumble.
Prior to her WWE return at the Royal Rumble reports surfaced online that WWE and Bliss were at a stalemate in relation to Blisss’ contract status which delayed her return to WWE and led fans to believe she wouldn’t be returning to the company, which in turn made her entrance at #21 during the Rumble that more special.
It was reported via PWinsider that Alexa Bliss will be apart of the Smackdown brand. Rumors surfaced prior to the Rumble that plans were for Bliss to appear on the Raw brand.
The Wyatt Sick’s were recently moved to the Smackdown brand; while there has not been a specific report of Alexa being moved to Smackdown for an angle with the faction, it had been previously reported that Alexa was expected to be involved in an angle on the January 13th episode of Raw with the Wyatt Sick’s, but that did not happen.
It’s been speculated that currently the plan is to keep Alexa’s creative direction separate from the Wyatt Sick’s.
